SUMMARY:  LC 28 7365ER  Prohibits government agencies from entering into nondisclosure agreements.

REQUIREMENTS: Agencies must fully disclose without delay any communications regarding and any terms and conditions of any agreement, incentive, or offer made by the agency.

EFFECTIVE DATE: Upon approval by the General Assembly and Governor.
